After Bill arrives at your cafe, he will begin asking you trivia questions as part of his storyline. He will at least start with three questions per day. If you increase your VIP level, the number of questions he will ask can also increase. Upon answering a trivia question right, you will receive the level you are on x 25 coins. (Ex. level 10 is 250 coins, whereas level 20 is 500 coins.) If you get them wrong, there is no penalty. You can also close the dialog box to get a new question.
